Work with your SalesHookAI account from Claude or any other MCP client: ask about quotes, invoices, customers, projects, the planbook and time tracking, and let the assistant create drafts and entries in your own account.

What it is

SalesHookAI is business software for small companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland — trades, service businesses and agencies. The connector is a remote MCP server (Model Context Protocol) at https://saleshookai.com/api/mcp. It works only with your own account: you sign in to SalesHookAI and approve the access (OAuth 2.1), and you can disconnect at any time.

Requirements: a SalesHookAI account (a free plan is available). Projects and the planbook need the Pro plan or a trial; team features need team members; approving timesheets needs the owner or admin role. No API key is needed.

How to connect

Claude (claude.ai, desktop and mobile)

  1. Open Settings → Connectors and add SalesHookAI from the directory. Alternatively choose Add custom connector and enter https://saleshookai.com/api/mcp.
  2. Claude opens the SalesHookAI sign-in page. Sign in with your SalesHookAI account.
  3. Approve the access on the consent screen. You are taken back to Claude and the tools are available in every chat.

Other MCP clients

Any client that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth (dynamic client registration, PKCE) can connect to https://saleshookai.com/api/mcp the same way.

Disconnect

In SalesHookAI under Settings → Connected apps, or by removing the connector in your client. Access ends immediately.

What the assistant can do

Reading tools run without asking. Tools that create or change something are marked as such, so your client asks you before it uses them.

Read

  • Business overview (open quotes and invoices, customers, projects, hours today)
  • Quotes and invoices with positions, payment status and dunning queue; PDF download link
  • Customers, customer details and history
  • Projects, project details and site measurements
  • Planbook (who works where and when), tasks, team
  • Time tracking summary and timesheets
  • Service catalog and prices, incoming invoices, fleet
  • Subscription, company settings, support tickets, weather

Create and change (in your own account)

  • Quote drafts from your catalog prices — you review and send them in the app
  • Custom documents (e.g. checklist, report) as drafts
  • Customers, projects, measurements, catalog items, incoming invoices
  • Planbook assignments and tasks (the assigned teammate is notified in the app and by e-mail)
  • Time entries, clock in/out, breaks; trips for a project
  • Quote, project and task status; approve or reject timesheets (owner/admin)
What the connector never does: delete data, send anything to your customers, create invoices, change company settings or pay rates, or spend AI credits of your plan. Those stay in the app.

Ready-made starting points are also available as prompts in your client, e.g. a daily briefing and an overview of open items.

Privacy and security

  • Sign-in with OAuth 2.1 and PKCE. SalesHookAI stores refresh tokens only as a hash; access tokens are short-lived.
  • The connector only sees the account you signed in with and only what your role in the team allows.
  • Data the assistant retrieves for your request is transmitted to the assistant's provider (e.g. Anthropic) and processed under that provider's terms. Our log keeps time, account, connected app and tool name — not the content.

Verbinde SalesHookAI mit Claude: In Claude unter Einstellungen → Connectors „SalesHookAI“ hinzufügen (oder eigenen Connector mit https://saleshookai.com/api/mcp), bei SalesHookAI anmelden und den Zugriff bestätigen. Claude kann dann deine Angebote, Rechnungen, Kunden, Projekte, Plantafel und Zeiten lesen sowie Entwürfe, Termine, Aufgaben und Zeiteinträge in deinem Konto anlegen. Gelöscht, an Kunden verschickt oder abgerechnet wird über den Connector nichts. Trennen kannst du die Verbindung jederzeit unter Einstellungen → Verbundene Apps.
